Residential building with up to 10 units

net / month, plus applicable taxes- 2 scheduled maintenance visits per year

Hotel / business
120 €
net / month, plus applicable taxes- 2 scheduled maintenance visits per year
- A total maximum of 4 maintenance hours per year
CHECK AREAS
Pumps, filtration, pool pipes, valves, inlets and outlets, controls, visible leaks and general technical condition.
INCLUDED
Travel to scheduled visits, installation and condition checks, documentation, identification of defects and maintenance recommendations.
NOT INCLUDED
Repairs, spare parts, materials, breakdown call-outs, major cleaning, renovation, alterations and additional working time. These are quoted separately and carried out only after a separate order.
Routine pool care and chemicals are not included.
Unused maintenance time is not paid out or carried forward indefinitely. For exceptionally large hotel or commercial properties, scope and suitability are assessed before a contract is concluded.
